We have zero tolerance on using or carrying any illegal drugs.

Verbal or physical abuse directed at any member of staff or fellow guests will NOT be tolerated.

Safe sex is paramount. Please bring your own condoms. If required, these are also available in the venue for a small charge.

No means NO – if you feel uncomfortable or awkward then stop. Swinging should be FUN and nobody should feel pressured into doing anything. Our members are respectful, if anyone makes you feel uncomfortable or doesn’t seem to be taking a hint of a no then inform a member of staff.

If people are playing openly (in a room, cinema or lounge area), this does not give you permission to touch without consent. Please keep your distance and wait until you’re invited.

There is no guarantee of play in our club, it will always come down to your own ability to connect with other members and it is not a requirement of the club to play. This is a safe place for like-minded individuals to enjoy their free time.

Single Gents - please do not roam in ‘packs’. This is intimidating to other guests.

Please dispose of gum before entering the venue.

Footwear must be worn at all times.

For the health and safety of all our guests we request you do not play in the pool or hot tubs, as this could lead to an imbalance in the chemicals and the wet facilities may have to be closed.

Swimwear is not to be worn in the wet areas.

We have a fully licensed bar selling a good range of beers, wines and spirits. We also have plenty of soft drinks. Please do not bring in your own drinks as these will be stored in reception by the door staff. If, on your first visit to us, your favourite drink isn’t supplied, please mention it to us and we’ll see if we can get it in.

Please ensure you are fully covered up (with a towel/robe) when approaching the bar during the day.

Please ensure you do not get drunk. Our licence is based on serving sober people and should you get drunk, we will stop serving you and ask you to leave the premises.

​NO alcohol is to be taken downstairs, into the dungeon or into the dark room.  This is a condition of our licence and if we are caught in breach, the club will lose its trading licence.

Do not leave drinks unattended. We have a drink safe behind the bar.

If a room is locked, do not knock on the door or attempt to gain entry. This is common decency.

Please respect our neighbours at all times, especially in the smoking area.

Excellent hygiene is paramount.

Please use the toilet facilities and not random areas of the building.

Please clean up after yourself. There are plenty of bins, paper tissue and anti-bac spray in rooms and throughout the building.

We have a no mobile phone policy. We have lockers to keep your personal belongings safe.

Saturday evenings only - couples are expected to stay together all evening. Gents are not to leave their partner and play alone in any of the room or allow their partner to leave the venue. Saturdays are for couples and single ladies only. Single gents are not invited unless specified on the event.

Your membership may be revoked if you are found in breach of any of our guidelines.

Please be respectful when roles are being played out.

Do not touch, unless asked.

Please whisper when play is happening.

If etiquette is not adhered to whilst in the dungeon, you will be asked to leave.
