Membership

Memberships are annual at a cost of £25 per person per year.

Each member will be issued with a membership number. Once you have completed your membership onsite you will need to download the app.

New members will need two forms of ID, one photographic and one proof of address on an official document.

Your UK Driving Licence will suffice as proof of both.

All ID’s need to be originals, not photocopies, screenshots or photos.

We do NOT offer couple’s membership, you will each need to complete a new on-line form and become a member in your own right.

We have published our on-line application forms for you to complete in advance of your visit.

Your application will be processed and your new membership number will be issued on your first visit once we have seen your ID. We have the facility for you to complete an on-line application in reception, but we do encourage you to complete this prior to visiting.

You will not hear from us regarding your application.

We are requesting all members to give us permission to take a photo on their profile.  This is for your safety and to eliminate card sharing.  If you do not consent you will need to bring your original photographic ID to every visit.

Trial Membership

We do offer a one visit trial membership for £15 per person, on top of your entry fee.  You will need to complete the membership application form and bring ID.  If you wish to upgrade to full membership at the end of your visit you will be charged the additional £10.

If you leave without topping up and visit at a later date you will be charged the full £25 for the annual membership.

The trial is only open to new members who have not visited before.

Day Pass

We now offer a Day Pass for Heathrow Kestrel.

Please complete a Membership Application form (as per our license). You will need to provide 2 forms of ID. One ORIGINAL Photo ID and one proof of address for your first visit.

Subsequent visits, you will only need Photo ID as you will not be issued with a Membership Number.

A Day Pass is £10 per person on top of your entry fee for every visit you make.

If you wish to take out a Full Annual Membership after a Day Pass, this will be chargeable at £25 per person.

The Day Pass is not available for Friday or Saturday night parties.

All tickets and memberships are non-transferable and non refundable.
